**Funciones Principales**
- Gestión de llamadas, mails y faxes de clientes, TPAs y proveedores, siguiendo los SLAs marcados por la compañía.
- Gestión autorizaciones médicas siguiendo SLAs marcados.
- Gestión Quejas y Reclamaciones.
- Comunicación con los demás departamentos.
- Información y orientación al cliente.
- Gestión de tareas administrativas derivadas del puesto.
- Organización y planificación de prioridades.
- Contribuir a la consecución de objetivos globales e individuales.
**Formación y Experiência**
- Formación mínima a nível de Bachillerato.
- Experiência en Atención al Cliente, preferiblemente en llamadas In Bound.
- Experiência en el sector Salud valorable.
- Pack Office nível Usuario.
- Valorable conocimiento y uso de herramientas de gestión de la relación con el cliente: CRM.
- Curso de excelencia telefónica, inteligencia emocional y LOPD.
- Inglés alto valorable.
- Experiência en gestiones administrativas de tipo Back Office.
**Condiciones del puesto**
- Horarios rotativos ,cada 15 dias se cambia de un horario a otro.(de 8:00 a 16.45, de 9:00 a 17.45,de 11.15 a 20:00).
- Modelo híbrido (2 veces en la oficina y 3 desde casa).
- Paquete de beneficios sociales muy amplio ( seguro de salud, seguro de vida, seguro de farmacia, seguro dental, seguro vision, ayuda a comida, ayuda al teletrabajo, tarjeta lanzadera, ayuda para mejorar en nuevos idiomas, gympass, etc).
