Job title**:Flow Cytometry Technician**
LOCATION**:Tres Cantos - Spain**
ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Objectives of position**: Participate in the design and execute routine activities related to analytical methods and technically and scientifically support investigations.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Participates in the organization, execution and reporting of flow cytometry-related activities, timely reporting deliverables and milestones.
- Maintains a high level of technical and scientific expertise, complying with company safety and quality standards.
- Analyses and interpret scientific data and purposes solutions and troubleshooting when needed.
- Communicates timely and clearly on project progress and technical results.
- Writes protocols, reports, SOPs and other relevant documents.
- Pro-actively communicates and scientifically supports investigations and other areas activities and requirements.
- Contributes to high-quality and efficient organization of the laboratory and maintenance of the qualification status of the equipment.
- Stays current with GMPs regulations and guidelines.
- Stays current with flow cytometry state of the art.
- Appropriately communicates in English, both written and spoken.
**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE**:
**Education and experience**:
- **Required**:
- BSc in Pharmacy or Biomedicine or Biological Sciences + 1 year-experience working in cell biology laboratory OR Professional Training (FP II) + 3 year-experience working in cell biology laboratory.
- Experience in flow cytometry and knowledge in GMPs.
- ** Desirable**:
- MSc degree.
- Knowledge in other cell cultures and cell & molecular biology technics.
**Skills and Competencies**:
FUNCTIONAL:
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Knowledge in GMPs.
TECHNICAL:
- ** Wide experience in flow cytometry.**
- Experience in cell culturing.
- Document management skills.
- Lab activities coordination skills.
