This is an exciting time to join the Arena team in EMEA, where you can make your mark in a scaling team and develop your career fast **What you’ll do**: - Work alongside our international team including Account Executives, Marketing, Demand Generation: - Vertical and regional account profiling in EMEA and APAC - Stay abreast of competitor and market trends, to position Arena in the EMEA territory - Critical in generating outbound leads for Account Executives and fueling their pipeline and the growth of the business - Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further developmentA critical role to the Inside Sales team’s success providing a direct career path to a closing sales role **What you’ll bring**: - Interest for new technologies, software market - Successful experience with sales activities in a tech company, preferably SaaS - Successful experience dealing directly with prospects and customers - Preferably already living or willing to move to Barcelona - Fearless to pick up the phone and speak - Team player and self-motivator - Ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic & multicultural work environmentFluent level of English and another European language (German would be a big plus) **What you’ll get**: - Develop soft and hard skills growing your career on a daily basis - Over 15 nationalities in our office - Work for an international company and closely to our US team - Flexible benefits including a restaurant card so you can enjoy a good lunch - Team events & team building, family days, Social Fridays with your PTC family - Hybrid working model: 2-3 days per week in the office in Poblenou (with rooftop) and the rest from home (or office if you prefer) - Diversity & Inclusion, Earth week, Employee Resource Groups and much moreRecognized Best Place to Work 5 times LI-DNI Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
