- As a Partnerships & Alliances Manager in our B2B SaaS organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive mutual success. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success, and contributing to the overall growth of our business._
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a large portfolio of key partners.
- Act as the primary contact for partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our strategic objectives and increase the reach of our solutions.
- Work independent on delivering education support and enablement for the partner in order to make them succeed.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.
**Qualifications and expectations towards you**:
- Minimum 5 years in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven ability to onboard, enable, and drive long-term value in partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Experience in IT services, compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, or legal tech
- Proven ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Native fluency in Spanish and professional fluency in English
- Ability to work onsite in Madrid (40 hours per week).
- You are a team player and a quick learner, and you love to see results
**It’s seen as an advantage, if**:
- You have experience in **B2B SaaS, compliance, cybersecurity, or legal tech partnerships.**:
- Hands-on experience with **HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator**
