**GreenPowerMonitor** is looking for a talented and proactive person to work in our
**Customer Success Team in Barcelona**.
**Main responsibilities will be**:
- Build an maintain relationship with customers (main stakeholders)
- Data Analysis
- Manage the incidents reported by customers
- Technical configuration of GPM platforms, mainly designed to manage portfolios and assets of Renewable Energies (Solar PV, Wind, etc)
- Suggest improvements in the GPM platforms (Web Portal, GPM Plus, GPM Scada and Horizon) on the new features that the product should have
- Detect errors and support the improvement of QUALITY
- Manage internal documentation
Position Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in Helpdesk, Customer Success, Technical Support or dealing with customers
- Education degree in Renewable Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Informatic Systems Management or similar
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Good level both of Spanish and English language (written and spoken)
**Added value will be**:
- Knowledge in renewable energies (mainly Solar PV and Wind)
- Experience as Technician in computers and telematic problem solving;
- Knowledge in SQL Databases.
