**GreenPowerMonitor** is looking for a talented and proactive person to work in our **Customer Success Team in Barcelona**.

**Main responsibilities will be**:

- Manage the incidents reported by customers (Networking, Dataloggers, Device Communications )
Project modifications based on customer needs
- Creation and modification of electrical and single line diagram (AutoCAD)
- Manage internal documentation
- Set-up of GPM platforms (Web Portal, GPM Plus, GPM Scada and Horizon)
- Detect errors and support the improvement of QUALITY

Position Qualifications:

- Experience as Technician in computers and telematic problem solving
- Experience in Helpdesk, Customer Success, Technical Support or dealing with customers
- Education degree in Informatic Systems Management, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or similar
- Ability to write technical reports and clearly communicate with customer after performing troubleshooting and support actions in RE plants
- Good level both of Spanish and English language (written and spoken)

**Added value will be**:

- Knowledge in renewable energies (mainly Solar PV and Wind)
- Proven experience working on communication networks and dataloggers
- Industrial communication protocols
- Knowledge of Linux operating system
- Basic-medium Italian language skills
- Proactive and self-learning attitude
