**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a **Network Architect **in our team, you will:

- Lead the design, development, documentation and implementation of network solutions to ensure optimal system performance and access in a 24/7/365 environment
- Provide environmental design and layout criteria for network facilities, cabling infrastructure, equipment, and other devices
- Develop technical requirements and testing plans to evaluate vendor products, services, proposals, and bids
- Develop and maintain regular plans to support vendor releases for network hardware, operating systems, and software
- Ensure adequate network services, capacity, and availability (e.g., bandwidth, switch ports, cables, and connectivity)
- Develop and maintain documentation of current configurations including the baseline templates and optimal configurations and generating regular change reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor network performance measures and reports and troubleshooting performance problems
- Installing, configuring, and managing network devices, security appliances, and maintaining document appropriate access procedures
- Recommend and implement counteractive security measures proactively, and in response to incidents
- Respond to incidents providing root cause analysis
- Providing support for telephony, including IP phones and integrated communications
- Provide training/knowledge transfer to the network team
- Lead, guide and encourage the team

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in Spanish and English
- Are in-depth technical understanding of IT Network topologies
- Have considerable experience designing, developing, and implementing network solutions
- Have good knowledge of Cisco VRF lite, BGP, OSPF, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, NG-Firewall configurations, Fortinet is a plus
- Have a good troubleshooting methodology
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, and organization skills to coordinate vendors or projects with other departments
- CCDP (Cisco Certified Design Professional) desirable
