**YOUR MISSION**

As a **Project Manager** for Curiosity, you will drive the force behind the Curiosity team's success. To do so, you will lead the way, together with the Scrum Master and our Principle_,_ by combining creativity and management skills to evolve the Empathy Platform in order to create irresistible and meaningful search experiences, as well as integrate and extend the Platform with efficiency and speed to Empathy’s clients.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with Empathy goals and coordinate the Curiosity team during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Formulate strategy and direction, implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Organise and lead meetings with clients, as well as internal meetings, and document highlights & actions.
- Communicate proactively with the team to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Ensure all features are delivered on time and meet quality standards by running sprint planning and backlog refinements.
- Keep the project roadmap updated and ensure deadlines are met throughout the project life cycle.
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific tasks or initiatives.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- 2+ years of experience managing product/project delivery in an international environment.
- A product mindset and deep understanding of the software product lifecycle.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methodologies.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Ability to work with various teams to resolve delivery dependencies.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum or Kanban).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with team collaboration tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask, being able to prioritise tasks and document everything for easy and future reference.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant Project Manager certifications are a plus. (i.e. Professional Project Management Certification)
