As part of our current expansion plan, we are seeking an experienced EXPORT IMPORT SALES MANAGER

**Must have min 5 years EXPERIENCE IN FMCG in A Brands confectionery and beverages (Export-import). OTHERWISE DONT APPLY PLEASE.**
- Key responsibilities:_
- Responsible for overall export/import development and execution.
- Responsible for growth & development of Confectionary/Beverages portfolio
- Identify target customers / markets
- Understand customer needs by country / territory.
- Work effectively with all sales team members of distributor.
- Willing to travel overseas to meet clients and do trade shows.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives and sales and revenue targets
- Open quality new customers, promoting distribution through approved route to market partners
- Build effective trading relationships with key decision makers.
- Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounts.
- SKILLS:_
- Must be thoroughly experienced
- Sound Business Financial and Numerical expertise
- Excellent Sales track record
- Presentation+ Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behaviour competency to build relationships
- Competent IT Skills: Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint / SAP
- Communication & problem solving skills
- Language requirements FLUENT in English, POLISH and we will value other languages.

Confident, persuasive, with a 'Can do' attitude
