Costa Rentals Marbella is the leading rental company for short-term lets along the stunning Costa del Sol. As the largest rental company in the region, we take pride in offering exceptional service and accommodations to our guests. Our Marbella office, established just over a year ago, is experiencing rapid growth and is dedicated to providing top-notch hospitality while maintaining cost-efficiency and operational excellence. As we are still in the startup phase, there is ample room for improvement and innovation.
Tasks
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain all rental properties to the highest standards, coordinating with maintenance teams and vendors as needed.
- Manage scheduling and supervision of cleaning staff to ensure timely property preparation for check-ins.
- Implement cost-saving strategies while upholding quality standards.
- Address guest issues or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Problem-solving mentality with the ability to tackle challenges effectively.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
