**Your role and work environment**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **UX Market Research Expert** to join our **Research** Team of **Customer Obsession**

The responsibility of this team is connecting the bank and the client and ensuring that ING is a customer centric company. As a Researcher within “Customer Obsession & Innovation CoE”, you will be the champion of understanding customers’ needs. You will receive briefings be about different products or services but not about branding, positioning, or communication, as we already have a team member in charge of that part.

Your role will be to proactively identify projects in which research would be necessary and knowing how to design a methodology ad hoc for them. Sometimes you will carry out autonomously the research, while other times, you will outsource the research and your role will be to choose and supervise the most suitable supplier, being the linking pin between them and the bank teams and challenge both sides during the process.

**Your key responsibilities**:
As market research expert you will mainly:
Work with business representatives and research team members to understand business questions

Design, directly manage, and realize market research projects using both traditional and innovative methodologies

Be able to carry out all kind of research, qualitative and quantitative once

Be responsible of analyzing raw brand data and translate them into actionable insights for the teams

Have a strong understanding of business needs

Manage the relationship with external market research agencies

Collaborate to find best and most innovative techniques to evolve the research discipline.

**Strong
- knowledge of UX research, qual and quant**

6+ years in related professional work.

Strong analytical skills and ability to link data and information coming from different sources

Ability of transforming data in a clear and insightful story

Data driven with strong analytical skills

Able to work with mínimal supervision on multiple projects.

Ability to understand detailed complex requirements from business teams.

Ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Excellent oral and written English skills.

Experience with UserZoom would be great
