As Process Manager you will work on the implementation of the Quality Documentation System and process framework, working hand in hand with different stakeholders across the organization to analyze and document the process map, organize and categorize the different processes, and workflows and guide users through the completion of processes. You will also need to document processes yourself following the same standard.

You are an individual who is versatile and hold solid business process mapping methods and are able to structure and organize information flows in a comprehensive manner. Someone who will provide independent, objective assurance and consulting activities to improve the business policies, procedures, and internal governance.
You are well known and experienced in the design, documentation, and implementation of process models, policies, business operating procedures, and working instructions.

**What will you be doing**
- Owning the Quality Documentation System and process framework as the main standard for our organization. Maintenance of documentation version and ensuring consistency across the process maps.
- Ensure policies and procedures are being designed as per the policies and required standards.
- Analyzing and documenting current processes as per defined standard templates. Identify improvement opportunities. Identifying for each processes the business control policies, metrics, risks, etc.
- Provide advice and guidance to the different stakeholders on how to map and document the processes, policies.
- Propose and implement changes on existing processes, policies, and internal governance to assure quality.
- Prepare the process mapping planning and execute it accordingly, as well as the release plan and training for signed-off processes.
- Building trust and respect - creating strong, long-lasting relationships with external partners and successful collaborative relationships within Veriff

**You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have**:

- 3-5 years of prior practical experience in quality assurance or business process analyst or manager, with track record of process modelling, process documentation, workflows design, standard operating design, quality documentation systems as per ISO 9001, etc.
- Process modelling experience using VISIO, IGRAFx, IDEF0, Lean VSM, SIPOC, or BPMN. Lean or Six sigma certification is a plus.
- Desirable experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in a B2B setup.
- Positive attitude and self-motivating personality, with the ability to motivate and engage different level in the organization
- Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
- Very good skills with creating simple to understand and visual documentation.
- Ability to go into detail, whilst also keeping a high-level overview
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent coordination and analytical skills, ability to work in a highly organized way and create structures and organized activities for others in a matrix organization.
- Experience in running cross-functional project initiatives, good facilitation skills and consensus building.
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to also complete routine administrative work
