**Hello**

At Factorial we're looking for a** Junior Creative Copywriter for the Spanish market **to help us take the company to the next level.

We want to develop the extremely talented people in our team, scale the company culture and evangelize our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world.

**The Role**
You are going to be part of the **Customer Marketing** team, a newly created team that is within the **Customer Experience** team which is made up of more than 70 people with different nationalities.

The **Customer Marketing Team** is in charge of developing and executing communications and workflows oriented to impact our main KPIs: activation, retention, and upgrade. You will be in contact with the other teams in CX and Product to fully understand how can we reach and help our customers.

**What I will be doing**:

- Capable of adapting the message to the most accurate channel and format for both the brand and the product.
- Focus on detail, quality, and timeliness.
- Ability to handle **multiple projects simultaneously**, write **creative headlines**, clear and concise subheads, and body copy.
- Ability to understand and follow brand and message guidelines while producing original and consistent work in style and quality, avoiding typical marketing jargon.
- Help us create a **customer-oriented **kind of communication

**Requirements**:

- **Native Spanish Level** and Advanced English
- Have a **passion **for **branding**, **copywriting**, and **storytelling **with the ability to turn product information into captivating copies
- Have **excellent communication** and **organizational abilities**
- Be **comfortable **in a **fast-paced**, **dynamic **environment **and have the **ability **to **switch **projects **based on prioritization of assignments
- Previous experience in Marketing Agency or similar position would be appreciated
