About The Job

At MCI Spain & Portugal we are looking for a creative to provide solutions (conceptualization, thinking and execution) for projects with high creative demand.

In the creative team, you will be working closely with our designers as well as sales and operational teams on a regular basis pushing for creative excellence and award winning work at every opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:
Creative Mindset - First and foremost be creative not only on your ideas and projects, but in your way of work, your approach to challenges and solutions.
You’ll also own the creative execution of projects, seeing them through from pitch to final delivery together with the rest of the team.
Storytell - one third of your core duties is to help storytell ideas for clients, internal teams and your own creative teams. Clarity is key. Your ability to “clean up the idea” is essential for it to make the impact we know it can make on clients (for the conceptual part of the duo)
Idea development - Conceptualization, generation of ideas, campaign structure or narrative and creativity in executions.
Visual direction - Guidance on design, graphics, illustration, etc. for the design teams to be able to visualize your vision.
Creative execution -Develop creative proposals in response to client briefs, alongside identifying proactive opportunities that will fulfill the brand objectives. Multitasking between multiple tasks in a highly fast paced industry.
Presenting to clients - as part of the creative team, you will have to present your ideas to clients in a clear and impactful way. And, if not presenting the core of an idea, providing support - the work going in front of them.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience or a dashing portfolio as a creative (copy and concept).
Great examples of experience conceptualizing, creating and understanding advertising strategies, idea generation, participation in advertising festivals, diversity of performances
Expertise in multiple social media platforms and new technologies
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Excellent communication and writing skills
Multitasking and analytical skills. Adaptability to fast paced environments.
Advanced/Bilingual English level, both for written and oral
