**Job Description**:
**Our IoT Competence Center develops digital testing, inspection and certification services utilizing IoT technology. Working as part of a team that is developing and deploying real-time IoT devices, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of projects and day-to-day operational activities in partnership with SGS business lines and affiliates.**

**More specifically, you will**:

- Coordinate the deployment of our IoT services and hold the responsibility for training businesses and affiliates, the installation of devices, and provision of remote and on-site support;
- Manage projects and activities with third party suppliers. This will include project planning, resource allocation, reporting and associated admin tasks;
- Manage the device ordering inventory management, device calibration and certification and repair procedures;
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the IoT support website and completion and accuracy of training material;
- Identify and train our network of Regional IoT champions (train to train), manage regularly the network of regional IoT champions;
- Ensure that IoT products and services meet the standards set by the SGS and International and Country standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Around 5 - 7 years' worth of experience in a similar position;
- Proven understanding and experience with IoT devices;
- Product management background;
- Able to understand and develop product and service development strategies;
- Able to conduct competitive analysis, sales planning, inventory control and financial planning;
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

Additional Information
**This position will be based at our IoT Competence Centre in Madrid.
