**Buscamos temporalmente (apróx. 1 año) un Territory Manager (basado en León) para gestionar temporalmente la zona de centro de España, reportando al Responsable de Ventas de la Región.**

**Principales funciones y responsabilidades**:

- ** Visitar con regularidad a todos los clientes de Clínicas y Tiendas Veterinarias en el territorio bajo su responsabilidad y llevar a cabo la negociación de los acuerdos anuales y promocionales.**
- ** Alcanzar los objetivos comerciales específicos y la cuota de mercado acordados para la distribución y la utilización de los productos Hill´s en su territorio.**
- ** Presentar de forma adecuada los productos, servicios y promociones de Hill´s a clientes.**
- ** Identificar oportunidades para actualizar el surtido de productos de los clientes, asegurando una mayor rotación y rentabilidad para los SKU’s.**
- ** Gestionar los puntos de venta y hacer implantaciones de clínicas piloto.**
- ** Ayudar a los clientes en el desarrollo de su potencial negocio. Manejar el territorio de forma eficaz, identificando los clientes clave y maximizando los contactos con aquellos que muestran los mayores potenciales.**
- ** Presentación de los programas y nuevos productos a clientes y potenciales clientes.**

**Educación/ Experiência Requerimientos**:

- ** Recién graduado en veterinaria, biología, química**
- ** Carnet de conducir**
- ** Nível de español fluido**
- ** Nível de inglés: medio-alto**

- ** Orientado a resultados y con gran capacidad analítica.**
- ** Gran capacidad para comunicar y hacer presentaciones.**
- ** Orientación al cliente, empatía.**
- ** Competencias para negociar.**
- ** Capacidad para manejarse en un ambiente ambiguo.**
- ** Buen Manejo de informática en entornos Google Drive (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)**

**Travel Requirements**:

- ** Expected percentage of travel: Up to 50%**
