Job Description
SalesForce Administrator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
User access issues
Triage system defects/issues and route to Development team as appropriate
Business process questions and training requests routed to business stakeholders
Process simple dashboard and reporting requests or escalate as needed
Manage all user license requests, creating, modifying and deactivating users, including security profile and role updates as needed
Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets and hierarchies.
Implements approved change requests that requires declarative configuration

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Knowledge and experience with standard declarative capabilities of SFDC and familiarity with custom code (Apex, Visualforce) and/or integration with external systems
Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Minimum expectation of a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience
Team player with positive “Can-do” attitude
Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
