With a team of dedicated experts and a robust network of clients, we pride ourselves on delivering tailored solutions that drive success.Job Description This is a full-time role for a Salesforce Administrator, located in Barcelona. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized person to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Flows for process automation. Create and manage reports and dashboards. Set up custom objects, fields, and relationships. Build and customize page apps, tabs, list views, and Lightning pages. Configure page layouts, compact layouts, mini-page layouts, and search layouts. Maintain data visibility and permissions to keep data secure. Provide customer support and follow up on Salesforce issues. Document processes and best practices. Load and manage data using tools like Data Loader. Create training materials and user manuals to help users. Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions. Perform regression testing to ensure the system works correctly after changes. Monitor and control Salesforce usage limits. Refresh sandboxes regularly for testing purposes. RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience working with Salesforce on different platforms. 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project management. Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan. English proficiency at a B2 level or higher. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams. Desire to learn more about Salesforce. DesirableExperience in software development, data analysis, or IT is a plus. Salesforce certifications are a plus. Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary.
