**Responsibilities**
- You will lead Health and Safety at Gantrex, coordinating and supervising the activity of the SPA.
- You will define and execute strategies to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- You will drive the preventive culture with different departments to integrate safety at all levels and processes.
- You will assess risks, designing preventive measures and key indicators, and analyze indicators to drive continuous improvements in safety and health.
- You will be responsible for creating real awareness of the importance of safety.
**What we are looking for in you**:
- Senior OHS Technician (3 specialties).
- Engineering background, preferably mechanical.
- Knowledge of ISO-45001 standards
- High level of English
- Experience in audits
- Strategic focus on Preventive Culture
- Leadership and experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to work.
- We will especially value experience in the implementation of an Occupational Risk Prevention system.
