Responsibilities – You will lead Health and Safety at Gantrex, coordinating and supervising the activity of the SPA. – You will define and execute strategies to ensure compliance with corporate policies. – You will drive the preventive culture with different departments to integrate safety at all levels and processes. – You will assess risks, designing preventive measures and key indicators, and analyze indicators to drive continuous improvements in safety and health. – You will be responsible for creating real awareness of the importance of safety. What we are looking for in you: – Senior OHS Technician (3 specialties). – Engineering background, preferably mechanical. – Knowledge of ISO-45001 standards – High level of English – Experience in audits – Strategic focus on Preventive Culture – Leadership and experience of at least 5 years in a similar role. – Communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity. – Willingness to travel occasionally to work. – We will especially value experience in the implementation of an Occupational Risk Prevention system.
