Sandvik Coromant Ibérica (Spain and Portugal) is one of our markets in South Europe Sales Area, with around 150 employees. As a Payroll & Personnel admin in Iberica, you commit to our vision to shape the future together, contribute to sales growth, drive a lean, efficient and digitalization way of working and build a transparent, motivated and passionate team spirit.

In this position, you will part of the HR Ibérica Team.

**Key performance areas**

As a HR Payroll & Administration you are responsible for responding to enquiries and assist employees and managers to complete HR-related forms to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Legal frame. Follow-up with employees, managers, or external agencies (Inem, Social Security, etc.) to verify that the information provided is accurate, complete and compliant with legal frame.

Employee´s benefits. Follow up with employees, managers or external agencies (Health, Life insurance, Pension schemes, company cars, etc )

Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS: Workday, Sales force, People soft) so that information is accurate and secure and compliant with GDPR legislation.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with labor law and applicable collective agreements, as well as internal regulations and policies.

Owner of monthly payroll process and preparation of employment documents and processing employees’ changes.

Management international mobility. Administrative support for expatriation assignments and relocations.

Build a fluid and trusting relationship with employee representatives.

**Your profile**

We are looking for someone with a university degree, preferably in HR or management, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.

You have experience from an HR Payroll & Personnel admin position, skilled in managing stakeholders and involving resources. The ability to work effectively within a matrix is a key to success in this role, together with experience with different business stakeholders.

Used to work with autonomy and hands on execution of HR processes.

Understanding of, and experience with the core aspects of Payroll & Personnel admin and HRIS (Payroll systems in house, Work Day, People soft). Payroll externalizing projects would be a plus. Technical employee benefits administration and point of contact. Labor relations expertise. C&B expertise.
