**And what will your mission be?**

Expleo is looking for a Stamping supplies tracking supervisor for the automotive sector with remote option for this activity:

- Mission (main but not only):
- Daily / weekly Consolidation of suppliers & client entities shipments ( sea air land), dies, sample panels, others ( fixtures, spare parts) for spe division
- Collect and confirm documentation ( Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, )
- Secure inland trucking operation in Europe (load safety, devanning/unpacking, schedules, coordination)
- Secure CE2006-42 technical document are available at import stage (partial: BOM list, material certificates, declaration of incorporation, assy dwg, conformity check lists )
- Coordinate all parties for smoother operations POL POD, Customs, project teams, suppliers
- Coordinates with suppliers / project managers / local tooltrackers
- Coordinate with purchasing dpt, supply chain Dpt, manufacturing DPT and our EE teams
- Reshuffle our equipment transportation guidelines for pan-European road compliance ( lashing and loading plans)
- Survey global market conditions : weather, geopolitical, supply chain regulatory, sanctions related events/ change

- International Equipment transfers
- Heavy handlings
- Multi modal transportation
- Customs procedures and EU VAT workflows
- 2006-42CE or 2023-1230
- Ability:
- To support supplier for Packaging, handling, transportation ( sea air land), documentation, customs issues
- To confirm suppliers loading plans
- To track operations
- To follow damage cases
- Analyse operations cost break down
- To detect/identify operation bottle necks, over costs, overdue deliveries, OOG OW operations
