Reporting to Office Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:

- Assistance in accounting, invoicing,filing, travel and office organisation including supplies and car

management. Reception and deliveries.
- Contact person for customers & partners
- assistance in assessing and clarifying queries,including

switchboard management, RMA, spare parts.
- Assistance in order processing from the issuing of quotation,follow-up with production in Austria,

organize & tracking delivery through to invoicing and payment.
- Assistance in translations: agency and review.
- Assistance in trade fair organization: brochures, merchandising, mailings.
- Work with accounting and order handling departments based in head office, Austria.
- Cooperation with the Project Management and Technical Support Team.
- Maintain customer database.

Backoffice|Zaragoza
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written (B2/C1level); Catalan and Portuguese

desirable.
- Completed higher education or equivalent.
- Business knowledge and professional experience in a comparable position.
- Customer oriented thinking, acting and organizational skills.
- Independent and structured work,discretion and diligence are required.
- Prioritizing and managing several tasks in parallel.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Outlook; experience with ERP system highly valued.
- Communication skills and personal responsibility.
- Enjoy dealing with customers and working in a team.
- Ability to work with a geographically dispersed organization and customers.
- Intercultural skills, friendly and open-minded approach.
- Self-management and conflict management abilities.
- Flexibility and commitment.
- Proven professional references.
