The mission of Senior Accountant is to support the financial operations for International Teladoc entities.

**Role and Responsibilities**

- **Accounts payable review and support**:

- Provide assistance and feedback to the Accounts payable team to support process improvements and accuracy, and collaborate with them to manage supplier accruals and prepaid expenses.

- **Financial closing support**:

- Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closings. Post journal entries and fixed assets, and analyze P&L and Balance Sheet for discrepancies or adjustments.

- Prepare quarterly reporting packages, perform detailed GL accounts reconciliations.

- **Audit and Tax support**:

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and insights. Assist in tax and financial statements preparation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

- Collaborate with different entities country managers and other departments to provide accounting insights.

- Support with finance related projects as required.

**Skill Requirements/Preferences**

- At least 3 years of experience in accounting role.

- Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish.

- Advanced MS Excel skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-pased environment.

- Experience working with Oracle is a plus.

**Education Requirements**

- Training related to finance, or professional experience that supports experience in the sector.
