**The role**

Join BLING as a **Product Research intern** You’ll have the opportunity to work side by side with our amazing Product and Customer Success teams.

Placing users at the center of all product and design decisions is fundamental when it comes to optimizing user experience and achieving great results.
That is why your role will be crucial in helping us to best serve our users and develop a strong product strategy.

You’ll be carrying out in-depth user research, speaking daily with our users, taking part in exciting research projects and reporting back results gathered to the rest of the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Call users to get Product insights
- User research projects (survey campaigns, field research, and more)
- Help our awesome CS team in improving our support channels
- Create detailed reports
- Active participation in product brainstormings
- Assist our awesome Product Managers
**Requirements**:

- **French speaking** super interns passionate about building digital product
- Eagerness to learn about tech in a fintech industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- You love empathizing with people and sharing ideas. Your friends always enjoy the stories you tell.
- Excellent organizational skills
- you tend to be the designated planner of the group.
- High levels of initiative & autonomy
- you like to get creative with your time.
