SafeBox is a rapidly growing fully automated self-storage company with a footprint in Spain and soon to be in Portugal, with more EU countries on the horizon. As our Sales and Customer Support Representative, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, providing assistance, and driving sales. You’ll use your excellent communication skills, customer-centric mindset, and proactive approach to solving problems. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring an excellent experience throughout their interaction with Safebox.
**Your Responsibilities**
Customer Engagement and Support:
- Assist customers in navigating through our sales process, resolving any issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Address and resolve complaints or concerns, engaging other departments within Safebox when necessary and ensuring successful resolution.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of all customer interactions and data. Track and follow up on all open interactions.
Sales and Upselling:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to generate sales leads and promote Safebox solutions.
- Analyze storage needs from the customer perspective, find and recommend the best solution within Safebox product portfolio and create a quotation. Close sales and follow up on all open quotations.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to meet sales targets, achieve revenue goals, and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing team with off-line Marketing initiatives implementation in each Safebox location.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of Safebox products and services, including specific promotions/campaigns, and pricing of each location.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to effectively position the company's offerings.
- Conduct research and gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement or new market demands.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the CRM system or other databases.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns that arise.
**About You**
- 3+ years experience in customer service, sales, account management, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and proven ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
- Bilingual in Spanish and Catalan, and full professional proficiency in English.
- Working experience with CRM systems and other relevant tools.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work well independently and in a team environment with the ability to manage, lead, and take direction.
- Natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge and continual learning.
- Superior time management skills and attention to detail.
