Coding Giants es una escuela innovadora fundada en 2015 en Warsaw, Polonia. Nuestro objetivo es educar a los niños y jóvenes interesados en programación y las nuevas tecnologías. Ofrecemos cursos virtuales introductorios de Minecraft, Scratch, Python, C# y Unity dependiendo de las edades y los conocimientos previos.

Actualmente estamos expandiendo nuestro negocio en España y por eso estamos buscando a un **Sales & Customer Support** que se sume a nuestras oficinas en Barcelona.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ventas de nuestros cursos, lecciones de demostración y otros productos contactando nuestra base de datos de personas interesadas.
- Identificar oportunidades de renovación, venta cruzada y venta adicional.
- Ser el punto de contacto con el cliente, brindando respuesta a sus inquietudes y necesidades.
- Trabajar junto a departamentos internos como ventas, support y el equipo de profesores, entre otros, para desarrollar estrategias de crecimiento y fidelización.
- Respuesta de consultas a través de nuestros distintos canales de contacto.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Experiência en venta B2C
- Conocimiento en profundidad del mercado educativo Español.
- Experiência en startup, empresa educativa o relacionada con la educación.
- Experto/a en comunicación y orientación al cliente.
- Una persona organizada, eficiente y flexible, con capacidad de evolucionar en un ambiente muy enérgico.
- Valoraremos experiência B2B con colegios e instituciones educativas.
