**Job purpose**

As an Senior analyst - Billing Accounts Receivable, you will ensure invoicing process and collections to secure revenue.

**What will you do?**
- Full billing cycle (invoice issuing, control and collection): Preparing and distributing monthly invoices on a timely manner to our client portfolio.
- Client needs: request, clarifications and problem solving.
- Work closely to the team to ensure quick resolution of any invoicing related issues.
- Data entry of new customers, agreements & products into the ERP, keeping updated the system.
- Prepare weekly & monthly ageing reports.
- Verify and validate account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information.
- Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history.
- Follow up outstanding due amounts.

**What do you need to know?**
- At least 5 years’ experience on similar position.
- Methodical person with focus on details and committed with results.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Power BI, Word, Power point, etc
- Experience with advance accounting systems preferable Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ( old Navision) and others such as SAP, ORACLE, etc.
- Good level of English required
- Be able to work under billing schedules/tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills - written, oral, interpersonal.
- Ability to work well with Teams and adaptable to deliver Team Objectives.
- Graduate Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
