**Process Support & Deployment Scholar**

**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**
- Support the Process Support and Deployment team in the maintenance Renewable Generation Asset

Management Systems: Decision Support (implemented in AMS, Decision, in-house outsystems
developments, SAP, and Appian) and Document Management System (Project Wise, SharePoint, and
Smart Doc) and Physical Archiving System
- Implement organizational changes in these Management Systems tools.
- In the scope of these tools: Develop functional requirements, perform tests, launch reports and queries,

solve user incidences, and ensure approval workflows are correctly set, identify improvements, and
prepare enhancement technical requirements.
- Support the activities developed of the process support and deployment team.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Daily tasks would consist, amongst others in:

- Performing queries of approval workflows
- Update release strategies and masterdata: Implement organizational changes into: SAP, Appian, AMS,

Decision, Project Wise, and SharePoint
- Help to solve internal client incidences and requests: grant accesses to tools, perform queries, assess

wrong release strategies, and propose solutions, identify dummies,
- Review functional design and propose enhancements, develop new requirement specifications to be

implemented by SAP/Appian/AMS/Decision maintenance team.
- Prepare change request, and functional requirements definition, monitor enhancement implementation

with Maintenance teams, carry out test and debugging.
- Provide guidance on Physical Archiving best practices.
- Support document Migration into Document Management tools.
- Help in other tasks of the team: support presentation preparation, development of training manuals,

training sessions, etc.**REQUIREMENTS**

**REQUIRED ACADEMIC SKILLS**:Degree in Engineering, Economics, Law or BSch in Science

**REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**:

- Not required. Some Experience in the Energy Industry, Document Management or in P&O would be

valuable (used to complex organizational structure and organizational changes)**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**:
Languages: High level of written and spoken English and Spanish
Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
SAP other ERP: Some knowledge working with SAP/Salesforce/Power Suit/Power Base or other ERP in
would be desirable.
Experience in Document Management would be valuable.
