Global Program Director

Ready to make your mark? **In this role, you will **As a **Global Program Director**, be the fundamental conduit both internally and externally between executives and the Implementation teams ensuring delivery against contracted scope and delivery deadlines. The GPD will deliver accurate and timely reporting on the entire global ADP contracted scope and chair periodic Steering Committe meetings with members of both your client and ADP including interaction with c-suite executives as appropriate. The GPD is expected to partner with ADP sales teams to create and present material for potential prospects or further sales opportunities for existing clients. **What you'll do: Day-to-Day**: - Review the program of activities planned and in flight with your dotted line project teams including the following; - Scope - Timelines - Financials including change control and that billing is timely and accurate - Risk and Issues management - Change Management - Ensure the service organization is ready to take on completed implementations To thrive in this role, you have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Through your leadership, expertise, and relationship-building, you'll help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease. - **Implement** **ADP Technologies.** You will consume the status of projects and summarily share status of your programs. You will champion our processes, tools, and approaches when implementing the ADP solution. - **Partner Internally.** You will interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service. You will exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise. - **Multi-Task & Communicate.** You will work on multiple projects at the same time. You will share essential information with clients and internal teams. - You adhere to organize yourself to deal with projects running around the globe **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**: - You will have prior project/ program experience over a number of years. - You must have excellent written, oral, and presentation skills - Preferred certifications_ A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
