Desde BeDistic, seleccionamos para nuestro cliente, líder en innovación farmacéutica, un/a GLOBAL SAFETY PROGRAM LEAD - SENIOR DIRECTOR con certificado de Discapacidad . Como Global Safety Program Lead – Senior Director , formarás parte del equipo de Global Patient Safety y liderarás la estrategia científica y operativa de seguridad para activos clave de la compañía. Serás responsable de coordinar equipos de médicos y científicos en seguridad, aportando visión estratégica a lo largo de todo el ciclo de desarrollo del producto (desde estudios preclínicos y clínicos hasta vigilancia post-comercial). RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES Liderar la estrategia global de seguridad y supervisar la ejecución de programas asignados. Gestionar y orientar a equipos de safety physicians y científicos para aportar soluciones y conocimiento científico. Definir criterios de seguridad, comunicaciones, y parámetros que optimicen el beneficio/riesgo de los activos. Representar a Global Patient Safety en comités de gobernanza y foros clave (DRC, DSMB, etc.). Asegurar la calidad de entregables críticos como Risk Management Plans (RMPs) y Periodic Safety Reports (PSRs). Priorizar mitigación de riesgos y resolución eficiente de cuestiones técnicas y estratégicas. Garantizar cumplimiento con regulaciones globales, normas internas y estándares GxP.  REQUISITOS ESENCIALES Titulación médica o en ciencias biomédicas. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia relevante en seguridad clínica, farmacovigilancia o gestión de riesgos en industria farmacéutica, biotech, CRO o agencias regulatorias. Historial probado de éxito en delivery de programas de seguridad y estrategias clínicas. Conocimiento profundo de deliverables de seguridad y procesos regulatorios globales. Experiencia en presentaciones a líderes senior y en entornos de colaboración multiplataforma. Disponibilidad para viajar tanto en España como internacionalmente.
