Como Legal & Compliance Trainee en el equipo Legal de Sandoz Iberia, tendrás un impacto directo en el cumplimiento normativo y legal de la compañía, colaborando con todos los departamentos y participando en procesos clave que garantizan la ética y la legalidad de nuestras operaciones.
Si has finalizado recientemente tus estudios en Derecho y estás cursando un máster o posgrado, esta es una excelente oportunidad para aplicar tus conocimientos en un entorno corporativo internacional, desarrollando tu carrera en el sector farmacéutico.
**Tus responsabilidades incluirán**:
- Apoyo en tareas relacionadas con cumplimiento normativo (compliance).
- Colaboración en la revisión de contratos y documentación legal.
- Soporte en temas de protección de datos, derecho farmacéutico y derecho de la competencia.
- Participación en iniciativas de formación y concienciación legal dentro de la compañía.
- Apoyo en la gestión de procesos internos relacionados con auditorías y controles legales.
- Relación directa con entidades societarias y colaboración transversal con todos los departamentos.
- Trabajo completamente permeado en la organización, con visión integral del negocio.
**Lo que aportarás al rol**:
- Grado en Derecho finalizado (valorable doble titulación).
- Estar cursando actualmente un máster o posgrado (especialización en compliance, derecho farmacéutico, protección de datos o derecho de la competencia será altamente valorada).
- Inglés avanzado (mínimo C1).
- Capacidad de organización, análisis, atención al detalle y autonomía.
- No es necesario tener conocimientos previos en el área farmacéutica, aunque se valorará positivamente cualquier experiência o formación relacionada.
- Posibilidad de establecer un convenio de prácticas con tu universidad o escuela (duración de 12 meses).
**Lo que recibirás**:
- Duración de la beca: 12 meses.
- Retribución competitiva y beneficios sociales.
- Lugar de trabajo: Madrid.
- Horario flexible: de lunes a jueves de 8:00-9:30 a 17:30-19:00, viernes de 8:00-9:30 a 14:00-15:30.
- Jornada intensiva durante julio y agosto (de lunes a viernes de 8:00-9:30 a 14:00-15:30).
