We are hiring a Senior Digital Customer Experience Leader to join our Customer Experience Team

The Customer Experience Team

Delivering a seamless Customer Experience is an important focus for Qlik, we are committed to delighting our customers at every step of their journey. Understanding our users’ needs, creating the right experience and engagement for the right user at the right time is key. The Customer Experience Management team is a cornerstone to ensure our organization understands user needs and manages a set of different journeys and experiences that result in highly successful and loyal customers, while driving technology adoption and secure a successful renewal.

Senior Digital Customer Experience Leader at Qlik
- In this role you will be responsible in leading our Digital Customer Success team by analyzing the customer journey and building out a proactive digital communication strategy with the customer’s goals in mind. While your focus is to serve with a digital-first mindset our volume accounts in the long-tail customer base, your scope is as well utilizing tech touch in alignment with our Customer Success Leaders to scale within every customer segment. The definite goal is to increase the level of interaction and valuable touchpoints between Qlik and their customer base and measuring their satisfaction and business outcomes achievement.

Leveraging technology and automation to streamline the overall customer experience and continuously improving the experience of each user as well within each phase of the customer journey. Implementing a programmatic approach for the team and driving customer behavior through data is key milestone within your first months working with us

- Therefore, this role also requires a high level of data management - calling yourself a data nerd is what is needed - being a CS enthusiast and having a user centric approach and getting excited by solving problems and process implementation. You need to identify and track the lagging and leading indicators to measure the success of your larger digital strategy and work with the Digital Experience CSM team how to positively influence it.

Skills and qualifications for this role include:
5 - 8yrs experiences as Leader

3-5 years experiences in Tech Environment or Digital Strategy

Tech is your passion and data your daily fuel.

Excellent communication and willingness to present in front of a larger audience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field

Creating a vision and executing it with a strong attention to detail

Curious mindset and a passion for uncovering insights and challenging the status quo

Ability to work collaboratively and remotely

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
