**What You'll Do**:
- Collaborate with key areas of the business (marketing, operations, product to understand their business challenges and provide data and insight to drive positive business results
- Help us drive and optimise our cross sell strategy across all areas of the business by translating data into actionable audiences
- Understand our conversion funnel and influence business users to take data driven decisions
- Contribute to the continual development and deployment of our state-of-the-art data layer and visualisation tools
- Translate business questions and hypotheses into actionable data insights, supporting company growth
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 2+ years as a data analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in writing SQL to interrogate large databases
- High level of expertise with data visualisation tools
- Track record of building predictive/attribution models is a nice to have
- Proven ability to understand business requirements and explain complex data to all levels of employees
- English/Spanish to a business level
