Product Data Analyst – Stuart Stuart is transforming last‑mile delivery by connecting businesses to a fleet of geolocated couriers. As we scale, we need a Product Data Analyst to harness data and shape our products while driving business impact. Work arrangement : Hybrid – 3 days/week in our Central Barcelona office. What you will do : Perform in‑depth analyses of product performance and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights. Design and execute experiments, analyse results, and guide decision‑making. Define, implement, and monitor key metrics for product success and operational efficiency. Build dashboards and reports to empower stakeholders. Support cross‑functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations) with tailored analyses. Leverage SQL and Python to process large datasets. Requirements : 2+ years of experience in data analytics or product analytics with a track record of delivering insight. Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python (pandas, numpy) for data analysis. Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Superset. Experience designing experiments and analysing outcomes. Ability to define and track meaningful metrics for product and business performance. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
