Then we might just have something for you... **Here's a little taste of your challenge**: Simply put, as a CS Representative, you will be responsible for **retention** and **expansion** of our WEBFLEET customers. As a member of the global Webfleet Solutions team, you will have to deliver the following: - Self-determined and proactive management of your customer portfolio in terms of customer experience, training, retention & value creation; - Own the complete customer life-cycle of on-boarding, adoption, expansion and renewal of your customers' contracts; - Work closely with Sales partner, Sales Support, Customer Support, Marketing and Sales to raise customer loyalty, identify upsell opportunities and ensure a great customer experience; - Actively contribute to the improvement of internal processes and procedures; - Be the "voice of the customer" to the rest of the organization; - Convince with excellent service and thus earn recommendations for potential new customers. **Who are you?** In order to be successful as a Customer Success Representative, we have the following profile in mind: - Languages: German as mother tongue and professional business English; - Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions; - Business acumen / commercial understanding; - Experience from a similar Customer Success or Account Management role and experience in sales; - You have an analytical way of thinking and organizational talent; - You are an emphatic listener and understand the wishes of our customers; - Experience with SalesForce is an advantage. **What can you expect?** - You will never get bored We move fast like a “start-up” but have the backing of a billion-euro company; - We like to have fun.
