Live-in Domestic Couple

For a 500 square meters new built secondary residence based in Ibiza, EDMAR Int., is looking for a domestic couple to maintain the property in perfect condition.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Year-round**:_
- General housekeeping
- Exterior maintenance
- Garden maintenance
- Maintenance of swimming pool & swimming pool area
- Maintenance of outdoor & indoor property
- Management of external service providers

- Owner presence**:_
- Set up and table service
- Laundry duties (Household and household linen)
- Careful ironing and washing
- Setting up of exteriors
- Basic cooking if needed
- Help the chef as required
- Running errands & groceries shopping
- Drive family to airport, restaurants, outings

**Profile and Conditions**
- Couple with significant experience in similar positions with mandatory references
- Attention to detail
- Accommodation provided in an independent accommodation on the property of 30m2
- Not suitable for family with children or animals
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when owners are present with rest recovered during their absence
- Salary to be defined based on profile and experience (the range offered is for the couple)
- Spanish, English and/or French is required
- Spanish permanent contract
- Authorised to work in Europe
- Job opening immediately

**Salary**: 2,000.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
