Se necesita cubrir varias vacantes de Sales Assistant en la tienda Benetton ubicada en IBIZA.

Propósito del trabajo:
Asegurar la venta de los productos asignados a través del contacto directo con los clientes, en línea con la filosofía de ventas, los estándares de servicio y las políticas de precios de la empresa.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Participar en el logro de los objetivos de ventas establecidos para toda la gama de productos asignados, brindando un servicio adecuado a los clientes, a través de una comprensión oportuna y precisa de sus requerimientos.
- Asegurar la bienvenida, la asistencia y el asesoramiento al cliente durante el proceso de compra, manteniendo un alto nível de servicio para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Participar y contribuir de manera operativa a proyectos especiales, como promociones, lanzamiento de nuevos productos, nuevas iniciativas de marketing.
- Asegurar el seguimiento de la tendencia de ventas de los productos asignados, a través de herramientas, plazos y métodos previstos por las directrices de gestión.
- Asegurar la detección y el reporte de artículos de baja rotación, de las eventuales quejas de los clientes y de los eventuales problemas recurrentes enfrentados durante las actividades de ventas.
- Contribuir al proceso operativo dentro de la tienda (flujo de caja, recepción, transferencias, ventas, devoluciones, pedidos, inventario).
- Cooperar a las intervenciones del equipo de Visual Merchandising
