You’ll work with **unexpected yet wearable lingerie, swimwear & ready-to-wear pieces** **the latest fitting & shopping technologies**, and a **team as bold as the brand itself**.

From the first hello to the last purchase, you’ll deliver Sarda’s signature mix of attitude, comfort, and quality — all with the Ibiza sunset as your backdrop.

**Your job**

As a stylist for our **store in Ibiza**, you will embody our brand's essence and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience. Your mission? To elevate the company’s profile by providing exceptional service while achieving personal and boutique sales targets with confidence and style.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing friendly, professional service to create a welcoming and memorable boutique experience.
- Achieving individual and boutique sales targets while supporting team goals.
- Guiding clients through personalized fittings and offering tailored recommendations.
- Maintaining boutique standards, including cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Handling stock deliveries, transfers, and effective stock management.
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining an accurate client database.
- Representing the brand with professionalism in both appearance and behavior.

**Your profile**
- A passion for customer service, with the ability to leave a lasting positive impression.
- A proactive and creative mindset, ready to enhance boutique success through new ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dependable, team-oriented individual with flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a bonus).
