Tasks
- Develop and implement financial strategies for growth and sustainability.
- Create and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports / statements for executive and board review.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate on analysing funding and investment opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure efficient processes.
- Contribute financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and cost structures for optimization.
- Provide financial expertise for expansion into new markets.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA / ACCA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial management in the context of a growing and dynamic organization.
- Experience with fundraising, investments, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Commitment to the mission and values of the Academy of Digital Industries.
- Work experience in an international company.
