- Lead complex, large-scale implementations that shape the future of capital markets.
- Manage multi-million dollar projects with full P&L responsibility.
- Drive strategic initiatives across global teams, managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Transform sophisticated customer requirements into executable roadmaps.
- Pioneer innovative solutions that give our customers competitive advantages.

Your Success Blueprint
- Design and execute project strategies aligned with Nasdaq's vision of market leadership.
- Lead governance and risk management frameworks ensuring project success.
- Leverage advanced expertise in PMI and Agile frameworks to drive project excellence.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop high-performing project teams.

Your Expertise
- Significant years of project management experience in capital markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Dual certification in PMP and CSM.
- Mastery of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint).
- Proven track record of successful large-scale implementations.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Global mindset with willingness to travel.
