Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** We are looking for a motivated and ambitious person to join our internship as part of our legal department in Madrid. If you are interested in transforming the dental industry and want to join a team that is changing millions of lives, Align Technology is looking for you **This is a 1-year internship/Trainee (full time) aimed at post-graduate students with good Spanish and English skills.** Your mission will be assisting the legal team for our internal stakeholders in Spain and Portugal. **In this role, you will** - Support the legal department in day-to-day operations and review legal issues for the Spanish and Portuguese markets - Assist in the implementation of legal trainings and conduct legal research activities in the legal fields of medical, health, competition, commercial, corporate and data protection laws as well as in the field of healthcare compliance - Support the legal department in the legal review of marketing materials and digital marketing strategies - Assist with the administration of our contracts, ongoing litigation, and healthcare policy projects **In this role, you’ll need ** - To have finished your law studies preferably with a focus on medical law, competition law, commercial and corporate law or data protection law - Be a strong communicator and have excellent written and verbal communications skills in Spanish (native level) and good level of English - To work in a structured, careful and goal-oriented manner and like to develop your own approaches to solutions and be customer-centric - No experience is required as this is a trainee position, however, previous experience is welcomed **Why working for Align Technology?** - ** Great people,** innovative technologies, and meaningful work—these are just some of the things employees say make Align Technology a great place to work: - ** Make Your Mark**: We are a global business, but not so big that you cannot make a huge impact on our continued business improvement.
