Legal Trainee

This role, based in Madrid, will allow you to work on diverse legal projects, gain insights from top management, and receive expert training. Join our Iberia & Italy Legal Department and support our Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Director with their daily legal needs while making a real impact on our business. A Taste of What Youll Be Doing You will get real working experience within the legal department of a multinational company, coaching from top management and training from experts · Drafting and review of legal documentation (contracts, T&Cs, legal opinions, marketing materials) · Conducting legal research and assisting with the development of legal strategies considering business needs. · Providing legal support to various areas of the business in Spain and Italy, mainly in corporate and commercial law (contracts, data protection/privacy rights, advertising, intellectual property, competition law, food law and consumer law, among others). Were Looking for Someone With · Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Law. Masters degree in Law is a plus. · Strong legal knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Solid legal (drafting and analytical) capabilities. · Proactivity, desire to learn and willing to participate in a cross functional development. · Excellent oral and written knowledge of English and Spanish language.
