Olala Homes is a fast-growing tech-enabled real estate management and hospitality company with headquarters in Barcelona. We are part of a hospitality group that manages over 1200 accommodation units, such as short-term rentals, hotels, and other unique stays; as well as 10 F&B assets, across multiple countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Our mission is to provide our guests with unique hospitality experiences while promoting an efficient and sustainable way of travelling with style. **Your role**:
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Operations Intern to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will manage and coordinate operational - administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain operational experience in the vacation rental industry and to be part of the company's growth.

**Your Journey**:

- Operational Planning Assistance.
- Support in developing new action plans.
- Monitor the status of daily operations and ensure everything runs as planned.
- Reservations and Check-in/Check-out Management.
- Inventory and Supplies Management.
- Budget Management.
- Assist in implementing new projects or operational initiatives.

**What do you bring to your trip**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. English (a plus).
- Proficiency in the Office suite, including Excel
- Problem-solving.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Multi-tasking.
- Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
- Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic
- Flexible,resilient and adaptable to changes
- Confident working in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment.
