In this role, you will maintain the integrity of our tracking tools and drive efficiency across our international markets. Key learning areas for the role: Data Architecture: Build, maintain, and optimize internal tracking systems using Excel, Google Sheets, and Airtable. Performance Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, creating dashboards that support strategic decision-making. Process Improvement: Audit current workflows to spot bottlenecks and implement smoother, more efficient processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, HR, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data alignment across the business. Tool Implementation: Assist in the rollout of new operational tools across our global markets. Who You Are: Data-Driven: You have knowlenge on how working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and handling large datasets. Structured: You are organized, detail-oriented, and love bringing order to complex situations. Communicator: You have at least a professional level in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Any other language (Italian, German etc...) will be considered a plus Bonus Points: Experience with Airtable, Power Query, or Looker Studio.
