**Your Role**

As a Direct to Consumer eCommerce IT Business Partner you will be reporting to the Marketing IT Business Partner and will be a Business partner for Natures Menu and Nature’s Variety D2C Digital teams. You will be accountable for the full eCommerce ecosystem, managing transversally D2C needs, interacting with the rest of IT departments. You will be direct responsible for marketing communications and support on D2C business.

**What you will do**
- Manage transversally D2C needs with a view of the full process: CRM, customer care, payment, invoicing, and supply; interacting with the rest of business partners.
- IT management D2C websites across the company
- Ensure the experience across all consumer touchpoints
- Boost consumer personalized digital interactions with direct marketing tools
- Build a Digital Marketing ecosystem connecting all dots together with the Marketing and IT Team

**What we are looking for**
- IT professional with at least 10 years of experience working with digital departments in an international environment
- Fluent in English as the counterpart of the UK D2C IT Manager
- Experience in the eCommerce full process is a must
- Technical background in websites development and management
- High communication skills and influence capacity
- Strong strategic and business thinking
- Passionate about being innovative and up-to-date with the latest trends and advances
- With these technical skills:

- Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
- Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Google Marketing and Google Cloud Platform
- Business Intelligence and Analytics
