**YOUR MISSION**

Join a really exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and fast-growing team at Glovo. The Partner Content Ops department plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for both partners and customers.

Here are some key aspects of the role that stand out:

- **Onboarding Experience**:Ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for thousands of new partners every day is essential for the company's growth.
- **Partner Content Management**: Maintaining high-quality partner content on the Customer App is crucial for attracting and retaining customers. This involves managing everything from menu items to store information.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with various teams, including partner onboarding, customer support, and product teams, is essential to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.

**THE JOURNEY**
- Define the onboarding and incubation strategy for each type of partner working closely with Commercial and Product teams to execute it.
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities in all the internal partner onboarding tools (e.g., Salesforce) and define a plan with product teams to execute it.
- Implement innovative projects (e.g., AI-driven solutions) to improve partner experience while optimizing costs.
- Control metrics of Activation SLAs (how many days are we taking to onboard a partner), Uptime and # orders of New partners, Agents productivity.
- Daily interaction with Content Local teams to assure process adherence and project implementation.
- Execute end-to-end projects at a global level.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced company environments (Consulting, Startups, Tech companies, etc.)
- Project management: experience in managing high-complexity projects with different background stakeholders and different levels of seniority
- Analytical skills: breaking big problems into smaller ones and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to change, is a must
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Google Data Studio is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (plus Spanish as a bonus)
- Great team player and organizational skills
- International studies or experience is a plus
