WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are a strategic partner to our customers and suppliers, creating long-term relationships with them and helping them to achieve greater efficiency in their day-to-day operations.

The Facility & Physical Security Analyst will be member of our European VRAC team based in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). You will be responsible for certifying and managing Vendors regarding Facilities and Physical Security risks.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Review and challenge of inherent risk scoring over critical services
- Conduct certifications of critical services / vendors, establish and monitor remediation plans and issue a residual risk rating
- Reporting and collaboration with the local teams regarding risk assessment results, continuous improvement of risk methodologies, etc.
- Periodic reporting to risk areas and respective Committees.
- When required: on-site assessments, due diligence, to assess and test

vendor´s building and security controls
- Continuous feedback and reporting to the European Facility & Physical Security Regional Head.

REQUIRED

At least 3 years of work experience in Facility Management / Security Systems Management

Bachelors or Equivalent: Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.

Technical skills:
Proficient technical skills, including: audit, business analysis, change management, Facilities Management, Security Management, and Data Centers building and security analysis.
- Knowledge of risk certifications and Spanish Real Estate, Technical and Security Regulatory requirements
