Basically, we want to make products that get our customers phenomenal results.
Happy Mammoth is currently looking for a **Phone Support Agent for VIP Clients** with excellent skills in English, to provide support to our growing team in Australia, Europe and USA.
This is a full-time **Remote Contractor **Position.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure VIP clients have positive and fulfilling experiences with Happy Mammoth and associated brands during all interactions.
- Deliver world-class customer service to VIP clients via phone conversations.
- Utilize customer service apps to manage and respond to client inquiries and requests.
- Process customer orders in Shopify and our fulfillment software, making necessary changes as needed.
- Maintain and update knowledge bases, templates, and checklists regularly.
- Foster community engagement within private VIP Facebook groups.
- Upsell clients on new and existing products to meet their needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team.
**Desired Personal Attributes**:
- Direct, honest, and genuine communication style with customers.
- Previous experience in a client service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Enjoyment in interacting and communicating with people.
- Detail-oriented and driven by checklists to ensure thoroughness.
- Strong multi task skills
- Warm, cheerful, and authentic personality.
- Proficient in written and spoken English with confidence in phone conversations.
- Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge and business processes rapidly.
- Experience with online apps like Gorgias and Shopify is advantageous.
- Interest or experience in the natural health industry is a plus.
- German and/or French is a plus
