Director of Operations F&b Project

Reporting to the property, he/she will be the maximum responsible for the management and direction of F&B Project (a 7-floor historic building right in the center of Madrid, including a Luxury Boutique Hotel, a member´s Club and various floors of restaurants) supervising the activity of Private Club, F&B, and hotel. Mission of the position: Based on an extensive knowledge of F&B, Luxury Hospitality and Fine Dining at an international level, he /she will develop the strategy of this new business, ensuring both customer experience and financial results. He/she will oversee the implementation and operational excellence of the F&B project. - More than 10 years of Demonstrable experience in positions of responsibility of large projects of Exclusive Restoration, high level. - Accustomed to working in a business of exclusivity and personalization of the service. - **Familiar with the World of the Night**. - Strong customer excellence orientation - Strong leadership and relationship building skills. - Experience in efficient operation of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and hotels. Dedicated to implementing them from scratch, improving the bottom line through motivational and exceptional leadership. - Attention to detail. - Modern and current vision of trends in customer service and the management of "unique and differential" spaces in the Luxury & Lifestyle Hospitality arena. - Action-oriented, energy driver, dynamic and implementer. - Good balance between strategic vision and ability to implement projects and get off the ground (hands-on). - High relational quality and ability to work in a team with peers. - Bilingual English, Spanish (the position is Madrid-based) - You must hold an EU passport.
